Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Store Manager at our Limassol Store. The ideal candidate will have a love for pets, excellent customer service skills, and experience in retail management. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring a great shopping experience for customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently maintained.
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Handle cash register transactions, daily financial reconciliations, and deposits.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (knowledge of additional foreign language will be considered an advantage).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in retail management.
  • Ability to work part-time, including Saturdays (when needed).
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
  • Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products and care.
  • Patient, reliable, trustworthy, and responsible.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
