Feeding Guidelines

This is a feed supplement to be fed as part of a balanced diet. Use as a topper or mix into food.

⚠️ Caution: Always supervise your dog when feeding a bone. Never feed cooked or dried bones as these can splinter. Bones do provide excellent mental stimulation, as well as providing exercise for their neck, jaws and front paws.

If moving a dog to a raw food diet take a little time before reintroducing bones because it takes a little time for any dog to adopt to its new diet.

Storage & Handling

Storage

Keep raw-frozen products frozen until ready to use. Our raw-frozen products should be stored frozen at -18°C in the freezer. Before feeding, should be thawed in the refrigerator. We recommend you allow 2 days for the meals to fully thaw before feeding. Freshly opened products should be stored in the refrigerator and fed within 72 hours.

Safe Handling

Wash all work surfaces, utensils, hands, and food bowls with hot, soapy water after handling raw meats and poultry. Keep raw meat and poultry away from children and separate from other foods. It’s important to clean your pet's bowl after each meal, which is why we recommend using a bowl that can easily be sanitized. Wash your hands and your pet's bowl with warm soapy water after each feeding.
