• Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
• Delivery Hours: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Delivery Regions: We deliver to all regions.

Order Processing

• Order Confirmation: After successfully placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@humanandpets.com.
• Order Changes: Changes to your order cannot be made once it has shipped. For any assistance with your order before shipping, please contact us immediately.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided by the customer.

Store Pickup

• Availability: If the items are available at your selected store, you may receive them the same day. If not, we will collect the items from our central warehouse or other stores, which may take up to 3 business days.
• Order Requirements: No minimum order is required for store pickup.

Human & Pets Delivery (P2D)

• Flexible Scheduling: We offer city-dependent delivery schedules to accommodate different customer needs. Choose a delivery day that suits your schedule. Delivery days vary by city and require one full working day for processing. We use a route planner to ensure efficient delivery.
• Delivery Days:
  • Nicosia: Monday, Thursday, Saturday
  • Limassol: Tuesday, Friday
  • Paphos: Tuesday, Friday
  • Larnaca: Wednesday
  • Famagusta: Wednesday
• Order Requirements: A minimum order of €25 is required for delivery.
• Quality Assurance: To maintain the quality of our raw food products, deliveries are made in temperature-controlled vehicles at -18°C. We do not use ice cooler bags or styrofoam boxes.

Order Tracking

• Real-Time Tracking: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email and SMS with the confirmed delivery date. On the delivery day, you'll receive another email and SMS with tracking information, including driver details and the estimated arrival time.

Out of Stock Items

• Replacement Policy: If an item is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value. If no suitable replacement is available, a refund will be issued for the product value.

Important Considerations

• Order Timing: We recommend ordering well in advance to avoid running out of essential pet supplies. We are not responsible for any delays or changes in delivery that may affect your inventory levels.

BOX NOW Delivery

At Human & Pets, we provide reliable and convenient delivery through BOX NOW for all non-frozen products within Cyprus and Greece.

• Order Requirements: No minimum order value is required for BOX NOW delivery.

Cyprus Deliveries

• Shipping Cost: €2.00 per order (up to 20kg)
• Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
• Eligible Products: Non-frozen products only
• If items in your order are stored in different locations, we may split the order into multiple shipments to ensure faster delivery. You will be notified if this occurs.
• Orders are delivered to the nearest available BOX NOW locker based on your shipping address. Once your order is dispatched, BOX NOW will notify you via SMS or email with the locker location and a secure pickup code.
• Lockers are accessible 24/7, and parcels must be collected within the specified pickup window.

Greece Deliveries

• Shipping Cost: €7.50 per order (up to 7kg)
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
• Eligible Products: Non-frozen products only
• We do not sell or ship frozen products to Greece.
• Orders are delivered to the nearest available BOX NOW locker based on your shipping address. Once your order is dispatched, BOX NOW will notify you via SMS or email with the locker location and a secure pickup code.
• Lockers are accessible 24/7, and parcels must be collected within the specified pickup window.
