Raining Meows Menu (Turkey & Tuna)

A high-quality BARF meal, created to meet all the nutritional requirements of your cat. Made entirely from fresh meat and vegetables, it offers a highly digestible, flavourful and energy-dense food, full of essential amino acids, vitamins and dietary macronutrients.

This menu contains 95.6% high-quality turkey meat and offal, tuna, supplemented with biologically appropriate vegetables and minerals. The combination of these premium ingredients provides the essential nutrition cats need for optimal health and well-being.

This recipe is specially designed to cater to the nutritional needs of cats. Cats require quality sources of protein in their diet, as it is used for a multitude of bodily functions and is their primary source of energy.

• Turkey Muscle Meat: A lean and digestible protein rich in essential amino acids and B vitamins. Supports muscle maintenance, energy, and overall vitality.
• Turkey Heart: A natural source of taurine, CoQ10, and B vitamins. Promotes cardiovascular health, muscle function, and sustained energy in cats.
• Tuna: A high-protein, omega-3-rich fish that supports brain function, joint health, and a shiny, healthy coat. Also provides essential minerals like selenium and magnesium.
• Turkey Carcass: Includes soft bone and cartilage, supplying natural calcium, phosphorus, and glucosamine to support bone strength and joint health.
• Turkey Liver: Packed with vitamin A, iron, and B12. Supports red blood cell production, immune function, and detoxification.
• Quality Turkey Fat: Provides a concentrated source of energy and essential fatty acids. Supports skin health, a glossy coat, and hormone production.
• Carrot: A source of beta-carotene, fiber, and antioxidants. Supports vision, immunity, and digestion in small, cat-appropriate amounts.
• Debittered Brewer's Yeast: Rich in B vitamins, amino acids, and minerals. Enhances skin and coat condition, promotes appetite, and supports immune health.
• Fermented Carrot (1%): Contains beneficial probiotics and enzymes. Aids digestion, gut flora balance, and nutrient absorption.
• Coconut: Provides medium-chain fatty acids (MCTs) for quick energy, with natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits. Supports skin and digestive health.
• Organic Rosehip Peel: High in vitamin C and natural antioxidants. Helps support joint health, immune response, and skin wellness.
• Organic Seaweed (Ascophyllum Nodosum): A natural source of iodine, antioxidants, and trace minerals. Supports thyroid function, dental health, and immune strength.
• Taurine: An essential amino acid for cats, crucial for heart function, vision, reproduction, and a healthy immune system. Must be supplied through diet, as cats cannot synthesize it themselves.

Feed 2-3% of the dog's ideal body weight daily, ideally spread over two meals. We recommend feeding any dogs over the age of 6 months twice a day. Depending on the breed and the age of your puppy, they can move to adult ratios, larger puppies can move over sooner but still feed puppy rations until they are fully grown.

• Step #1: Preparation

Once you're ready, take out your pet's meal from the refrigerator. Only serve when completely thawed - Frozen foods can be difficult for animals to digest. Never microwave any pet food. This takes a bit of foresight, but once you're used to the new diet it becomes very easy to remember when to take out new portions to thaw!

• Step #2: Serving

Once your pup's meal is fully thawed it's time for feeding! Feed an appropriate portion to your dog, preferably in a separate bowl. We recommend a stainless steel bowl as it can easily be cleaned. Other materials, such as plastic, are porous and can trap germs over time. Remove any unconsumed food (if there is any!) within 20 minutes.

Storage

Keep raw-frozen products frozen until ready to use. Our raw-frozen products should be stored frozen at -18°C in the freezer. Before feeding, should be thawed in the refrigerator. We recommend you allow 2 days for the meals to fully thaw before feeding. Freshly opened products should be stored in the refrigerator and fed within 72 hours.

Safe Handling

Wash all work surfaces, utensils, hands, and food bowls with hot, soapy water after handling raw meats and poultry. Keep raw meat and poultry away from children and separate from other foods. It’s important to clean your pet's bowl after each meal, which is why we recommend using a bowl that can easily be sanitized. Wash your hands and your pet's bowl with warm soapy water after each feeding.
