Shipping & Delivery

Business days are Monday to Friday; Holidays are not included in shipping days. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We also provide scheduled deliveries to all districts. Our delivery service operates during the hours of 9 am to 5 pm. We offer delivery services exclusively to Nicosia, on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm only.

We process orders based on the shipping method. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@humanandpets.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

We do not take responsibility for any delivery changes which may effect your food levels. Always make sure you order in good time before running out of pet supplies.

If an item is out of stock, we will replace with a product of similar type and value. If a suitable replacement is not available, we will refund the product value.

Shipping Method Explanation

Click & Collect (Store Pickup)

  • If the products you ordered are physically available at the store of your choice, we can deliver them on the same day. However, if they are not in stock at the store, we will have to collect them from our central warehouse or other stores. This collection process may take up to 3 working days, but we will do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible.
  • No minimum order is required. 
  • You will receive an email or an SMS when your order is ready for collection.

QuickBox Couriers Delivery

  • Delivery typically in two to three business days by the end of the day. For example, if an order is shipped on Monday, it will arrive by Wednesday. If the order is placed on Thursday night and shipped on Friday, it will arrive by Tuesday of the following week.
  • Deliveries are made using styrofoam boxes.
  • No minimum order is required.

Human & Pets Delivery

  • Delivery typically in two to five business days by the end of the day.
  • Minimum order €25 to qualify for delivery.
  • For deliveries, we need a full working day before the order is processed and we use a route planner which calculates the most efficient route for us.
  • Wanting to ensure the high quality of our raw food products and make sure that there is no temperature or even packaging damage, we do not deliver in ice cooler bags or styrofoam boxes. Human & Pets deliveries will be made in one of our temperature-controlled vehicles always at -18°C to your door.

Order Processing

  1. We ship all orders from our central store or warehouse in Nicosia.
  2. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
  3. We will then pick up your order and begin preparing it for delivery. You will receive an email with the confirmed delivery date.
  4. You will receive an email and an SMS on the day of delivery with tracking information. You will be able to easily track the status of your order, driver details, and estimated arrival time in Real-time.

Human & Pets Scheduled Delivery

  • We understand that everyone has different schedules and we want to make sure that everyone has a chance to place an order with us. To achieve this, we have created this service with two different delivery time zones. These time slots are 9:00am - 1:00pm and 1:00pm - 5:00pm, giving you the flexibility to choose a schedule that works best for you. We believe that this service will make it easier for you to place an order with us at your convenience.
  • Delivery days are city dependent. For deliveries, we need a full working day before the order is processed and we use a route planner which calculates the most efficient route for us. Please see below:
Nicosia: Every Thursday & Saturday (9:00am - 1:00pm)
Limassol: Every Tuesday & Friday
Paphos: Every Tuesday & Friday
Larnaca: Every Wednesday
Famagusta: Every Wednesday
