Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Store Manager at our Limassol Store. The ideal candidate will have a love for pets, excellent customer service skills, and experience in retail management. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring a great shopping experience for customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently maintained.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Oversee the daily operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures.
- Handle cash register transactions, daily financial reconciliations, and deposits.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional foreign language will be considered an advantage).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in retail management.
- Ability to work part-time, including Saturdays (when needed).
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
- Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products and care.
- Patient, reliable, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
