Cooling Vest

The Non-stop Dogwear Cooling Vest is a premium cooling vest for dogs designed to help your dog stay cool, comfortable and protected during warm weather. Built with advanced 3Chill tec™ technology, it uses a three-layer evaporative cooling system to help move heat away from the dog’s body while maintaining breathability and freedom of movement.

To activate the cooling effect, simply soak the vest in cold water before use. The highly absorbent felt mid-layer holds and distributes water evenly across the vest, while evaporation helps draw heat away from the body. Under optimal hot and dry conditions, the cooling effect can last for up to five hours. When the vest starts to dry, it can be re-wet to reactivate the cooling effect.

The outer layer is UV-coated and light in colour to help reflect sunlight and reduce heat absorption. The breathable 3D air-mesh inner layer allows airflow and provides a soft, non-irritating surface against your dog’s coat and skin. This makes the vest comfortable enough for everyday use during summer walks, outdoor trips and low-intensity activities.

The body-hugging fit is designed to cool the core efficiently without restricting natural movement. The vest slides easily over the dog’s head and secures with durable chest buckles. One neck adjustment and two chest adjustment points allow a customized fit, helping the vest sit close to the body for better cooling performance.

Reflective 3M™ detailing improves visibility in low-light conditions, while the durable materials and Duraflex® buckles make the vest suitable for active dogs, service dogs and working dogs. The slim design also allows a harness to be worn over the vest, making it practical for walks, training, travel and outdoor routines.

The Cooling Vest is especially useful for dogs that are more sensitive to heat, including older dogs, black-coated dogs, double-coated breeds and dogs that need additional cooling support during unavoidable warm-weather outings. It is ideal for everyday summer walks, low-intensity activities, pre-activity cooling and post-activity recovery.

The vest is available in Light Gray / Teal and comes in sizes XS to XL.
