Sous Vide comes from the French term “Under Vacuum”. It involves placing uncooked food into food-grade bags, sealing them, and submerging them into water. The temperature of the water cooks the food nice and slow for several hours, just enough to kill pathogens but no more. This process eliminates the chance of overcooking the food and delivers consistent results every time.

Sensitive stomachs, young puppies, or senior dogs sometimes cannot tolerate raw meat and for this reason, we now offer you a gentle variant of species-appropriate feeding.

Chicken: is actually considered one of the leaner meats, so it may be supportive in providing the protein your dog needs without adding extra calories he doesn’t. Chicken is a good source of glucosamine and essential amino acids, making it great for bone health and building lean muscle tissue.

In our Sous Vide product line, only the meat is gently cooked at a maximum of 70 degrees so that all-important vitamins and trace elements are retained and then mixed with fresh, vegetables, fruit, and valuable minerals. The fruit and vegetables are not cooked so that the maximum amount of vitamins are retained. Then it is frozen like all raw BARF menus and can be perfectly stored in the freezer cabinet.

Our Sous Vide gently cooked menus are particularly easy to digest and particularly suitable for dogs with gastrointestinal problems, seniors, or puppies. Every ingredient of this menu can be used optimally by your dog and contains all the important vitamins and nutrients to nourish your dog in a healthy and gentle way.

All ingredients are processed in Germany in a human-grade food processing facility. They are non genetically modified and free of any chemicals and preservatives. All meat is hormone and antibiotic free.
