Buffalo: is a low-allergen meat source perfect for dogs with allergies. Highly digestible for good nutrient absorption and smaller eliminations. Compared with commercial beef, buffalo meat is leaner, lower in cholesterol and higher in protein content. Buffalo has a higher concentration of iron and essential fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6), is rich in vitamins B6, B12, and vitamin D, and is a good source of calcium, potassium, and CoQ10 enzymes. Buffalo meat is also full of flavor, which is sure to make your dog's tail wagging.

Buffalo is often considered a "Novel" protein for dog foods, meaning that is a relatively new protein source and therefore few intolerances towards buffalo have developed in canines. It is because of this that we can consider our raw buffalo-based dog foods as 'hypoallergenic'.
