This policy applies to purchases made through special purchase options, such as subscriptions, memberships, pre-orders or other purchase arrangements that differ from a standard one-time purchase.

Standard one-time product orders, including cancellations, returns and refunds, are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Subscriptions and Memberships

When you purchase a subscription or membership, the applicable duration, billing frequency, renewal terms and price will be shown at the time of purchase.

Where a subscription or membership automatically renews, you may cancel the automatic renewal at any time before the next billing date through the available account or membership management options, or by contacting us at info@humanandpets.com.

Cancelling automatic renewal prevents future renewal charges. It does not cancel or refund the current period that has already been paid for, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any benefits or services included in the current paid period will remain available until that period ends.

Family Club

Human & Pets Family Club membership fees are non-refundable.

Cancelling a Family Club membership does not entitle you to a full or partial refund of any membership fees already paid, including any unused portion of the membership period.

For auto-renewing Family Club memberships, cancellation will stop the next renewal. Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid membership period.

Fixed-term or prepaid Family Club memberships remain active until the end of the period purchased and do not renew unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Cyprus or European Union law remain unaffected.

Pre-Orders

Where a product is offered as a pre-order, the applicable payment, estimated fulfilment and cancellation terms will be shown at the time of purchase.

If a pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request cancellation subject to the terms applicable to that purchase and any mandatory consumer rights.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or dispatched, any applicable return or refund will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Other Purchase Options

If we introduce any other special purchase option, such as a trial period or another deferred or recurring purchase arrangement, the specific cancellation and billing terms will be displayed before you complete the purchase.

Those terms will apply together with this policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
